–        Possibility of getting higher rental income than the usual long lets.
–        Guaranteed security. Guests pay upfront to the booking platform. Besides, each booking is insured by a security deposit by the booking platform.
Not a problem. In that case, we manage your property only the available months (empty). You can enjoy your holiday home as you wish and when not using it, generate an interesting income.
If you need to use your apartment in a certain date, let us know as soon as possible the exact dates so we block that period and avoid cancelling existing bookings.
The income depends on several factors such as the property´s location , its features, its condition, the season, temporary events in the city and the competition.

Simple, just follow the following steps:
Get in touch us with us to set up an appointment to visit your property. We take note of your rental preferences as well as essential information regarding your property in order to create a tailor-made plan and quote for you. The tailor-made plan and quote will be sent ASAP via email. Once you accept the arrangements offered, we set up a second visit to sign the contract. After that we receive the keys and start managing your property immediately.
 
Of course, we can manage your existing profile on the booking platform(s). Additionally we could create profiles on other booking platforms according to your preferences and needs.
Do not worry, our multilingual team speaks English fluently as well as some other languages. We also use excellent tools to help us communicate fluently.
If during one of our check-outs/inspections we find a damage/breakage in the property, we will immediately inform you and take the relevant actions in order to claim the compensation request from the booking platform.
Please keep in mind that each booking platform has a security deposit associated with and handled by each booking platform.
 
Our prices and tariffs are transparent and there are no hidden fees or initial costs whatsoever.
We basically do not earn unless you earn.
We will be able to coordinate the maintenance by calling the plumbers or other contractors and ensuring access to the property and supervise while on duty.
Costs are allocated to the owner who will need to authorize each procedure.

– We will get in touch with your guests before arrival to ensure they have everything they need for a stress free arrival.
– We will arrive to the property before guests´ estimated arrival time to ensure that everything is ready for their stay.
– Welcome your guests.
– Tour around the property.
– We will provide them with the necessary information about the property and customised local tips
– We handle them the keys. 
Check-out
– We meet your guests before their departure.

– Property inspection. In case of any issues we will contact you immediately.

That´s fine. We will do as little or as much as you need us to do. 
We take care of the online part of the holiday rental of your property which includes creating the profile, publishing the advertisement in different booking platforms, positioning, showcasing, daily price optimization, calendar management, booking management, guest selection & analysis and customer care via message board is provided during the stay. All for 10%+VAT of each reservation.
