We are a professional and transparent property management team based in Alicante, specialized in providing reliable holiday rental management services in the Costa Blanca as well as offering complementary services to home-owners.

Unlike most property management companies, our goal is to provide personalized and authentic hosting services for your guests which would not only create safer, easier and more comfortable stay for them but also would result in better reviews and honest further recommendations.

Hosting Auténtico has been created to provide a tailor-made management service to those home-owners in the Costa Blanca  interested in increasing their rental income from their properties or concerned about the maintenance of their empty or unoccupied second homes.

We are a dynamic team of professionals with background in property management, rental operations, social media marketing and finance which we gained in Spain, England and Malta through the years.

We are travellers in heart and our love for knowledge of other cultures together with our work experience led us to start Hosting Autentico.

We believe that nowadays travellers are seeking a little bit more than just being checked in to their apartments.
